Good Faith Estimate
Clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance may have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services.
A Good Faith Estimate is not a contract and does not require you to begin services. Actual costs may vary depending on the type, length, and frequency of services provided.
