Therapy, Coaching & Supervision
Faith-integrated care and professional support rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and clinical integrity.
Stand Counseling & Coaching PLLC offers therapy, coaching, and clinical supervision services rooted in compassion, clinical integrity, and faith-informed care.
Our therapeutic approach honors the whole person — mind, body, heart, relationships, and spirit. For clients who desire it, Christian faith may be thoughtfully integrated into the counseling process through biblical encouragement, prayer, spiritual reflection, and exploration of faith as a source of strength, healing, and guidance.
At the same time, services are grounded in evidence-based clinical

practices that support emotional, mental, relational, and behavioral health. Therapy may include approaches that help clients identify patterns, process painful experiences, build healthier coping skills, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and move toward meaningful change.
Therapy services are available for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship conflict, family concerns, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, and spiritual concerns.
Coaching services are available for those seeking faith-based support, personal growth, clarity, accountability, confidence, boundaries, identity development, and purpose-driven direction. Coaching is separate from psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
Clinical supervision is offered for developing marriage and family therapists seeking support in clinical growth, case conceptualization, ethical practice, systemic thinking, documentation, professional identity, and the use of self in the therapeutic process.
Whether you are seeking therapy, coaching, or supervision, the heart of this work remains the same: to provide a safe, respectful, and restorative space where healing is supported, faith is honored when desired, and growth is guided with wisdom, grace, and clinical care.

What We
Offer
01
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy provides a safe and supportive space for clients to process emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual concerns. Sessions may focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, self-esteem, codependency, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and personal healing.
At Stand Counseling & Coaching PLLC, therapy is clinically grounded and may include faith-based integration when requested by the client and when clinically appropriate.
03
FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy helps families work through conflict, communication challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions, relational strain, and emotional disconnection. Sessions provide a structured space where family members can be heard, better understand one another, and develop healthier ways of relating.
Family therapy may support parents, adolescents, adult children, blended families, and families navigating stress, grief, separation, or major changes.
05
LMFT CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Clinical supervision is available for developing marriage and family therapists seeking professional support, clinical growth, case conceptualization, ethical reflection, documentation guidance, systemic thinking, and development of their therapeutic voice.
Supervision may include discussion of treatment planning, relational patterns, use of self, professional identity, clinical boundaries, faith integration when appropriate, and ethical practice within the field of marriage and family therapy.
Supervision does not create a therapist-client relationship and does not replace legal consultation, employment supervision, agency policy, or independent review of state licensure requirements.
02
COUPLE'S THERAPY
Couples therapy supports partners who desire healthier communication, deeper emotional connection, conflict resolution, trust-building, and relational healing. Sessions may address communication breakdowns, betrayal, emotional disconnection, marital dissatisfaction, intimacy concerns, family stressors, and recurring conflict patterns.
The goal is to help couples better understand one another, strengthen their relationship, and work toward restoration when both partners are willing to engage in the process.
04
CHRISTIAN COUNSELING / FAITH-INTEGRATED THERAPY
Christian counseling is available for clients who desire faith to be part of the therapeutic process. This may include biblical encouragement, prayer, spiritual reflection, faith-based coping, and exploration of how spiritual beliefs connect to healing, identity, relationships, and emotional wellness.
Faith is never forced. Each client’s beliefs, background, and comfort level are respected. Therapy remains grounded in evidence-based clinical practices while honoring faith as a meaningful source of strength and restoration.
06
COACHING, WORKSHOPS & PUBLIC SPEAKING
Coaching, workshops, and public speaking services are available for individuals, churches, organizations, schools, agencies, women’s events, conferences, and community gatherings seeking faith-based support, personal growth, encouragement, and practical tools for meaningful change.
Topics may include faith and emotional wellness, healing, relationships, boundaries, grief, identity, resilience, self-worth, family dynamics, mental health awareness, and purpose.
These services are engaging, compassionate, and rooted in clinical insight and faith-informed encouragement when appropriate. Coaching, workshops, and public speaking are separate from psychotherapy and do not include diagnosis, clinical treatment, crisis support, or therapy services.
*For coaching, workshop, or speaking requests, please send an inquiry with the type of service you are interested in, the topic or purpose, preferred date if applicable, and the audience or organization being served.
